  • We typically do not photograph inside garages, so this can be a great space to store extra items during the shoot if required.

  • We capture the front of your home as the main "hero shot," so we’ll aim to schedule your session when the sun is hitting the façade for optimal light, clarity, and appeal.  If you are unsure, mid-morning to early afternoon is typically a good time for most properties.

  • No- Cloudy skies actually create soft, even lighting — perfect for interior and exterior photography. Our expert editing team can easily enhance the final images by replacing skies and balancing lighting to bring out the best in every shot.
